How we book our Artists

The Russian River Blues Festival does not accept unsolicited Artist Submissions. Press kits are time consuming both to assemble and review and in an effort to help you make a realistic decision about whether or not to try for a booking here, we ask that you please review this page before contacting us.

We book SIX MONTHS in advance. We are not accepting any more inquiries for the 2007 Festival.

Inquiries for the 2008 Russian River Blues Festival should be submitted between December 1st, 2007 and January 31st, 2008. It’s not worth calling or writing outside of this time frame.

1. First, what should you send us?
Nothing until we’ve had a brief e-mail exchange or phone conversation to determine whether or not it makes sense to send your kit. We’ll want to look at your website first.

2. Email your bio, website, and any available audio samples.

3. We will contact you if we are interested.
